Tập đoàn Giáo dục Edufit chính thức hợp tác cùng AIC Group (Nhật Bản) phát triển chương trình giáo dục quốc tế Anh - Nhật, hướng tới xây dựng một lộ trình học tập xuyên suốt từ Mầm non đến Trung học Phổ thông tại Việt Nam.
Sự hợp tác xuất phát từ một nhu cầu ngày càng rõ của các gia đình Nhật Bản đang sinh sống tại Việt Nam: tìm kiếm một môi trường học tập quốc tế cho con nhưng vẫn duy trì được ngôn ngữ, văn hóa và bản sắc Nhật Bản, đặc biệt khi học sinh bước vào các cấp học cao hơn.
Với hơn 15 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực giáo dục tại Việt Nam, Edufit đảm nhiệm phát triển cơ sở vật chất theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, vận hành hệ thống và bảo đảm chất lượng chương trình tiếng Anh quốc tế. AIC Group - với hơn 50 năm kinh nghiệm giáo dục tại Nhật Bản - phụ trách chuyên môn tiếng Nhật, chương trình văn hóa Nhật Bản và đội ngũ giáo viên bản ngữ giàu kinh nghiệm.
Trên nền tảng đó, hai bên sẽ cùng phát triển Chương trình Quốc tế Anh - Nhật tại The Dewey Schools. Bên cạnh chương trình quốc tế bằng tiếng Anh, học sinh được học Văn - Tiếng Nhật và Toán bổ sung bằng tiếng Nhật, với tỷ lệ tiếp xúc tiếng Nhật khoảng 10%. Thiết kế chương trình này giúp học sinh vừa xây dựng năng lực học tập và hội nhập quốc tế, vừa duy trì sự gắn kết với ngôn ngữ và bản sắc văn hóa Nhật Bản.
Bà Trần Thị Huyền - Phó Tổng Giám đốc Tập đoàn Giáo dục Edufit nhấn mạnh, mục tiêu của chương trình là trang bị cho học sinh nền tảng kiến thức, kỹ năng và năng lực cần thiết để tự tin học tập trong môi trường quốc tế, đồng thời giữ gìn sự gắn kết với bản sắc Nhật Bản. Đây cũng là nền tảng để các em chủ động lựa chọn lộ trình tương lai, dù tiếp tục học tập tại Nhật Bản hay theo đuổi cơ hội giáo dục tại các quốc gia khác.

EDUFIT & AIC GROUP: DEVELOPING AN ENGLISH–JAPANESE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION PATHWAY IN VIETNAM
Edufit Group has officially partnered with AIC Group (Japan) to develop an English–Japanese International Education Programme, with the aim of establishing a continuous learning pathway in Vietnam from Early Years through to Upper Secondary education.
The partnership responds to a growing need among Japanese families living in Vietnam: finding an international learning environment for their children that also enables them to maintain their Japanese language skills, cultural heritage and identity, particularly as they progress to higher grade levels.
With more than 15 years of experience in education in Vietnam, Edufit will oversee the development of internationally benchmarked facilities, system operations and quality assurance for the international English-language programme. AIC Group, with more than 50 years of experience in education in Japan, will lead the Japanese language and culture curriculum, supported by a team of experienced native Japanese-speaking teachers.
Building on their complementary strengths, the two organisations will jointly develop the English–Japanese International Programme at The Dewey Schools. Alongside the international English-language curriculum, students will study Japanese Language and Literature, as well as supplementary Mathematics in Japanese, with Japanese accounting for approximately 10% of their overall language exposure. This programme design enables students to develop the academic capabilities needed to thrive in an international environment while maintaining a strong connection to the Japanese language and cultural identity.
Ms. Tran Thi Huyen, Deputy CEO of Edufit Group, emphasised that the programme aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills and competencies they need to pursue their education confidently in an international environment, while preserving their connection to their Japanese heritage. It also provides a foundation for students to make informed decisions about their future pathways, whether they choose to continue their education in Japan or pursue educational opportunities in other countries.
Mr. Katsumi Kuwabara, Chairman and CEO of AIC Group, expressed his hope that the partnership would deliver a high-quality educational programme while serving as a lasting bridge for knowledge and cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan.
By combining Edufit’s expertise in operating international education programmes with AIC Group’s deep knowledge of Japanese language and culture, the partnership opens up a new educational pathway for families in Vietnam. It aims to prepare students to engage confidently with the world through global competencies while preserving the values and cultural identity that make them who they are.
