Ba năm THPT là quãng thời gian học sinh có nhiều chuyển biến nhất: áp lực học thuật lớn hơn, cái tôi cá nhân rõ nét hơn và những câu hỏi về bản thân, tương lai cũng bắt đầu trở nên thực tế hơn bao giờ hết. Với Khánh Ngọc, điểm 9 môn Ngữ văn trong Kỳ thi tốt nghiệp THPT không chỉ đến từ quá trình ôn luyện, mà còn từ tình yêu văn chương được cô Đoàn Thị Sáu và cô Phạm Thị Thúy bền bỉ nuôi dưỡng qua từng bài học.
Với Bảo Hân, cô chủ nhiệm đã giúp em nhận ra sự trưởng thành đến từ cách giao tiếp, chia sẻ và thấu hiểu bản thân. “Điều em biết ơn là đã gặp một người giáo viên không ngại học điều mới, không ngại bắt đầu từ con số 0 chỉ để đồng hành và giảm bớt gánh nặng cho học sinh.”
Với chị Hải Hạnh, mẹ của Wu Tuấn Đạt, sự an tâm đến từ việc con có thể tin tưởng, trò chuyện và tìm đến thầy cô khi cần lời khuyên. Đó là khi giáo viên không chỉ dõi theo kết quả học tập, mà còn lắng nghe những điều con khó chia sẻ với gia đình.
Mỗi câu chuyện nhỏ đều là một lát cắt về một tập thể giáo viên luôn hết mình đồng hành cùng học sinh bằng chuyên môn vững vàng, sự thấu hiểu và niềm tin dành cho mỗi học trò.
Phía sau một điểm số tốt, một bài luận, một dự án khoa học hay một lá thư trúng tuyển luôn có sự hiện diện bền bỉ của thầy cô. Năm học 2026–2027, đội ngũ giáo viên Dewey Hải Phòng sẽ tiếp tục đồng hành cùng các em, chắp cánh cho những ước mơ vươn ra biển lớn. The three years of high school are often among the most transformative in a student’s life. Academic demands intensify, decisions about the future draw closer, personal identities become more defined, and questions about who they are and where they are headed begin to feel more real than ever. At this stage, students need teachers with the expertise to guide them, the patience to share their burdens, the sensitivity to understand their emotional changes, and the confidence in them that encourages them to keep moving forward on their own path.
For Grade 12 students and their parents, the teachers at Dewey Hai Phong have been exactly that kind of companion.
They are highly qualified educators with years of teaching experience, always ready to provide academic support and stand alongside students during the most important stages of their learning journey.
Each teacher brings a distinct teaching style and area of strength, yet they are united by a genuine love for education and a shared desire to nurture both the minds and hearts of their students. Some help students read more deeply, write with greater clarity, and develop a more nuanced understanding of people and life. Others open up the world of science through real-world questions. Still others guide students in language learning, academic thinking, and the ability to connect with broader contexts beyond the classroom.
For Khanh Ngoc, earning a score of 9 in Literature in the National High School Graduation Examination was shaped by more than exam preparation. It was also the result of a love for literature that Ms. Doan Thi Sau and Ms. Pham Thi Thuy had patiently nurtured through each lesson.
For Bao Han, her homeroom teacher helped her understand that growing up also means learning how to communicate, share openly, and better understand herself. “What I am most grateful for is having met a teacher who was never afraid to learn something new or start from scratch, simply to support her students and ease the weight they were carrying.”
For Ms. Hai Hanh, mother of Wu Tuan Dat, reassurance came from knowing that her son could trust his teachers, talk to them openly, and seek their advice whenever he needed it. It meant knowing that his teachers cared about more than his academic results; they were also willing to listen to the thoughts and feelings he sometimes found difficult to share with his family.
Each of these stories offers a glimpse into a community of educators who support their students wholeheartedly through strong professional expertise, genuine understanding, and an unwavering belief in every learner.
Behind a strong examination result, a thoughtful essay, a science project, or a university acceptance letter is the steady presence of a teacher.
