From this simple day of role-playing, the value of learning within a continuous education system can be clearly seen. When Dewey’s “older siblings” are confident enough to guide, share and inspire preschool children, this is not the result of a random activity, but a natural continuation of a consistent educational pathway. At the preschool level, children are nurtured with curiosity and creative freedom; as they move on to higher levels, they continue to develop their thinking, competencies and sense of responsibility as global citizens. As a result, they do not “start over” at each level, but grow day by day within the same educational philosophy – becoming more resilient, more confident, and ready for longer journeys ahead.
